Kim brings a curated selection of her favorite organizing tools and containers to every session. If you'd prefer to purchase specific products beforehand, she's happy to send you a personalized shopping list tailored to your space and budget.
Sessions are a minimum of 4 hours at $75 per hour. Most pantry and closet projects are completed in a single 4–6 hour session. Larger projects like full home organization, garage cleanouts, or kitchen overhauls may require multiple sessions. Kim will give you an honest estimate after your free consultation.
Very little! Kim will guide you through the entire process. It helps to have a rough idea of what you'd like to tackle first, and if possible, clear a small area for sorting. You don't need to pre-sort or pre-clean — that's exactly what Kim is there for.
Yes — your presence is important, especially during the initial sort, so Kim can understand what to keep, donate, or discard. Once the sorting is done, you're welcome to step away while she does the detailed organizing and labeling.
Kim organizes kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, home offices, playrooms, garages, laundry rooms, and more. She also helps with pre-move packing and post-move unpacking and setup. If you're not sure whether your space qualifies, just ask!
Kim will help you sort items into keep, donate, and discard piles. She can advise on local donation centers and, for an additional fee, can arrange drop-off of donation items. Disposal of large items is the client's responsibility.
Kim designs systems that are intuitive and easy to maintain — everything has a designated home and is clearly labeled. She'll walk you through the system before she leaves and is available for follow-up questions. Many clients book a maintenance session every few months to keep things fresh.
Kim serves clients throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Bergen County, NJ. Contact Kim directly to confirm availability for your area.
